Long-running wedding fayre in Linton back for 19th year this February

Now in its 19th year, the biannual, two-day wedding fayre at Chilton Hall, Linton, organised by WeddingLink, looks set to be a busy event. 70 specialist stands will be set up with a wide range of wedding products and services, from photographers and florists to cars and travel. Fashion shows by local wedding gown suppliers will take place on both days at 12.30pm and 2.30pm. Then if you need a pick me up after all that browsing among the stands, Chilford vineyard can arrange tastings, or the bistro will be open for lunch and snacks.

Glen Mejias, Director and General Manager of Chilford Hall, says, ‘Chilford Hall hosted wedding fayres are one of the most popular and longest running fayres in the region. They are a fantastic opportunity for couples and their families to look around our historic venue and meet many new and exciting exhibitors from all over the county.

‘Our rural venue offers couples and their guests a unique experience, with a number of traditional and contemporary rooms available for all types of weddings and civil ceremonies,’ continues Glen. ‘Chilford Hall can host from 25 guests in the Linton Hall, 80 to 180 guests in the Great Hall and Gallery, and up to 500 guests in the Pavilion, with free onsite parking for up to 1000 cars.

‘From a finger buffet to a 3 course silver service meal, our excellent menu selection using locally sourced produce is available for couples and their guests, as well as wine from our very own award-winning vineyard,’ says Glen.
